Please download and complete the following waivers in order to participate in SE4SK events
Waivers
2024 Participation Waiver
Child must have special needs we also accept medically fragile
2024 Youth Volunteering Waiver
Children must be grades 9th and up to volunteer independently younger children must have their parent present and they must have spoken to Jami first for approval
We will type up a letter for volunteering hours or sign any paperwork they may have
2024 volunteer waiver (ages 18 and up)
All volunteers MUST have a background check done if you work for a school or the state you may email a copy of your current ID instead of getting the background. Check
